Ok I think I finally perfected this dish.
3 avocados mashed
1 can Rotel with green chilies, DRAINED
1/2 sweet onion minced
1 T lemon or lime juice
black pepper
1 pouch Concord guacamole seasoning mix
Mix and enjoy!!!!!
Oh yeah and when I can find the pouches of Roasted corn at Sams club I add that instead of the Rotel. Maybe next time I find it I will mix both in and see what happens. I hate seasonal food that you fall in love with.
